Aditi Avasthi is the founder, CEO & Head of Product at Embibe – an edtech platform leveraging deep tech and data science to maximise learning outcomes for every student & teaching outcomes for every teacher. Aditi has spearheaded the company’s evolution into an artificial intelligence platform with numerous inventions and patents – with a truly diverse, inclusive and intellectually fierce culture to problem solve for education quality for the world.
Before Embibe, Aditi held numerous global positions with Barclays Bank and TCS in the US, UK & Africa.
She has received global recognition for her work which ranges from being included in the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) Young Global Leaders 2021 cohort and Embibe’s recent inclusion in the WEF’s 2020 Global Innovator community; to being part of the BBC 100 Women Global List in 2017, Vogue Woman of the Year 2018 and Accenture Vahini Innovator of the Year in 2019.
She is an enthusiastic dog parent to an adorable lab called Data and an avid traveller – super passionate about global art & culture.
Aditi did her MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business & her undergrad from Thapar University.
