I worked in the domain of design thinking & strategy development at different Corporate groups, Interaction design firms & Advertising houses in the past. Presently working with Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd as AVP – Head of Experience Design; looking after multiple design portfolios.I work in the areas of design & aesthetics management, UX audits, Algorithmic design evaluation systems, Creativity automation, Mind mapping methods, Consumer experience journey design, Communication strategy development, Interaction design and Product design.I hold a Master's Degree in Design from Industrial Design Centre, IIT Bombay and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from The School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi.
